Digital illustration for the ao3 fic "Tearing the Shadows" depicting modern au Lan Qiren and Wen Ruohan in a library. Lqr is standing in the middle with his hands behind his back and wrh sits at a nearby table resting his head in his hands. Behind them are shelves of books and a painted scroll depicting a crane. They are lit by a single candle and lqr's shadow is broken and wiggly like tentacles. On the left is a scroll with items on it reminiscent of a video game item bar and on the top right a round dial showing that it is nighttime.
