The owner was in today giving a tour to potential members and the thermostat was conveniently turned down to 69. They do it for all the tours. There was a point this summer where it was 78, sometimes closer to 80 degrees in the gym. I’m about to say something lol

Doing ab exercises at the gym is actually so embarrassing to me for some reason so I just don’t do it. You’ve heard of men who skip leg day. I’m a person who will skip any and all core exercises and skip arms if I’m just not feeling it. Every day is leg day.
