During COVID, we took an RV into the park. One morning, just before sunrise, I had pulled over to make coffee. Everyone was sleeping when I happened to look out the window and watch a wolf walk by. One of the coolest things I’ve ever seen.

This seems un-American. What about closely held corporations? LLCs? Joint-ventures? Many times, investors form entities to develop single family homes and multi-unit properties. Individuals don't want to risk the liability attendant to construction deals.

I know I am biased here, but the best thing people can do is help to flip vulnerable GOP districts in Congress. We only need to flip 3 seats (assuming we keep the 3 currently vacant seats), and we have the momentum. So, find a race you believe in and get involved. PS I'm running in FL-27.

I was just outside the gates this morning. It is oppressively hot, even in the shade. Now, they've got storms rolling through. Putting 5,000 people out there, in tents, with little in the way of permanent infrastructure, is reckless and cruel.
