Made another batch of cookies, and they're the best I've ever done Went for a 44% dark chocolate instead of 70%, and cooked them for a couple more minutes compared to last time. Crunchy edges and exterior, with a chewy interior. 10/10. As far as I'm concerned, they're perfect.

All the photos over on images.nasa.gov are gorgeous, but this one specifically is making me lose my mind. A total solar eclipse, seen from space, with Saturn, Mars and Mercury in the bottom right corner. And it's a person that took this shot. An actual person that was at this point in space.
