A man in a hot dog costume addressing onlookers in a room cries out "We're all trying to find who did this!" referencing who barged in and messed up the party. The people in the room are starting at him with very annoyed faces because in fact the person who barged in and messed things up was the man in the ridiculous hot dog costume. This is apparent to everyone paying attention, except for hot dog man who is studiously avoiding the fact that he is to blame on search of someone else to blame the disturbance on.

Once you have made your selection about why you're calling, the app will show you the script and the contact info for the offices. Numbers will be listed for their Washington DC office, as well as any other local offices they maintain. You don't need to call them all, just pick one.
