Well we will agree to disagree. The criminal investigation was woefully biased, which led to some serious issues with the prosecution ignoring & disregarding other POV's. The NHS is subject to the same laws and justice as us all - we have spent millions and yet this is not close to being closed.

Too simple an explanation, the pattern is not uniquely diagnostic of deliberate insulin administration and should not be treated as such without confirmatory mass spectrometry. Also ventilation pressures *can* cause barotrauma, cardiovascular compromise. The Jury wasn't presented opposing views.

Letby being in prison isn't the issue here, I don't think most people believe she is completely innocent, but the idea that this was investigated properly is ridiculous. And we have now spent millions on an inquiry which failed in its duty to uncover the full truth.

The insulin 'poisoning' has been challenged by multiple experts, and even Dr ZA didn't raise it at the time as it was not the only possibility. The 'blunt trauma' has been consistently challenged by excessive ventilation and over inflated lungs... The evidential data set is consistently flawed.
