Today we Visited the Police Boat 813 Tsunami Memorial Park, this boat was protecting Her Royal Highness & family a mile out at sea at Khao Lak & now rests 2 km inland, where the Tsunami took it. Over 4500 souls were lost Boxing Day 2004, the loss and devastation is hard to comprehend.

We ventured out of #Khaolak and took a private longboat out to Khao Phing Kan Island yesterday, the heat was a little intense but the spray kept us cool. The #Thai coastal scenery really is something! We are going to have to watch The Man with the Golden gun when we return to the UK!
