Fair enough, I misread the key at the bottom. But technically the median can be affected by concentration; a greater number of people in a higher bracket means that median goes up, even if there is no growth for the lowest brackets.

The wealth distribution per age group (second group of charts) is actually more illustrative; the wealth of the tip top is getting more concentrated (64 to 80) while the average (which includes the rich outliers) is going in line with the wealth of the US, which is going up.

Sometimes because bikes and peds aren't thought of, they have to make their own rules (especially for places with little marking). Cars on the other hand are "the common" way so people feel as if a little bending of the rules isn't that big of a deal (it isn't for car on car).
