i've found conducting near all of my social life online extremely isolating as i've got older. so much of it feels "am i currently being more interesting than whatever other things this person could be doing?" and i frequently feel the answer is "no" and talk to less and less people because of it.

so I got my N64 like 10+ years ago from an extended family member and all of the games came in these hard plastic boxes and it's always been weird to me cuz I know N64 games had cardboard boxes. Does anyone know what these are? I always assumed they were like rental boxes but I have no idea!

Six Nintendo 64 games inside green or white translucent hard plastic cases with "Nintendo 64" embossed in green or red respectively sitting on a desk.

The games are Command & Conquer, Goldeneye 007, Star Wars: Shadows of the Empire, Army Men: Sarges Heroes 2, Demolition Derby 64, and Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six

Like I'm gonna keep doing what I'm doing, I ain't panicking or doomsaying. But if you aren't trans think about how YOU would feel seeing the most powerful man in your nation straight up say he wants to END you and everyone like you in a few months. It ain't fun!!

I dunno man Will trans folks always exist and continue to do so no matter what happens? Yes, absolutely. Does that make it easier to see the head of the country say trans folks will "end" if the party remains in power in two months? Nope. Even after years of this, that one is a gut punch.

if you didn't know or just had forgot here's a reminder I am hot

photo of me, one MaxineNinto, taken in the bathroom mirror in front of a mostly blank wall and the open door. One hand holds my phone while the other finger guns, pointing out of frame. My hair is down in a big natural afro and I have on a small bit of eyeliner and mascera and reddish purple lip color. I am wearing my usual circle glasses and a dark forest green full length dress with flowers, stars, and crescent moons printed across the fabric. The dress is from Hot Topic if you were wondering. I am also wearing a Vital Hero watch with a purple case on it and two necklaces, one a thin, black choker with a small triangle pendant and the other a silver chain necklace with a heart-shaped "mood" pendant, currently colored a bluish-green.
