Universal Remote Replacement suggestion for AppleTV hell on earth remote? Anyone have suggestions for compatible remote that actually works & isn‘t overly sensitive to every touch, swipe, thumb roll making it virtually impossible to select anything. I hate this remote with a burning passion. 🤬

Thanks...it happens. I'm always very on alert for these kind of things (I work in info security/privacy) and didn't see anything that gave me a red flag until the second follow up round where they listed acceptable alternative ID forms that could be a bank statement or W2. NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

And then there was this…. Finn would jump up & climb the undersides of the steps like Tom Cruise in MI2 so thought...give him something safer. $100 rope, 2 hours to decoratively wrap. 8 months..nothing..no interest. Then..Finally! He’ll climb it and race me up the steps. 🙄 Cats gonna cat. Lol

My usual too tired to deal dinner is string cheese, maybe some Turkey pepperoni..glass of wine. I have since found these and my life is transformed. Charcuterie for one...add some fig or apricot jam…perfect. No thinking..no fuss..no muss. And it makes me feel special with my little plate. lol.

While on the topic.. can someone riddle me this? Other bath, same 1985 oil based paint as shame bathroom. Professionally, appropriately painted 20 so years ago (friends firm so wasn’t questionable). Recently started peeling. High ceiling, no moisture issues. I know that won’t be cheap to fix. WTF?

I have no subsidies. 🥲 33% increase in out of pocket...$6100 to $8100. Deductible..$0 to $5200. Somebody else do the math for that % increase. Why is no one asking the insurance companies about these massive increases?

Same.. monthly $1,020 to $1,190. +17%. Out of pocket $6100 to $8100 +33%. $0 deductible to $5200. Do the math on the rest. No subsidies. Wanted to change to PPO was $400 a month more ‘25 for ‘26 waiting to see that cost. Have had ACA plans before and never saw this big of an increase.

Hear ya.. Contracting. Monthly (no subsidy $1020) to up $170/mth. $0 deduct to $5200, out of pocket $6,100 to $8,100, increased copays. HMO. Wanted PPO but $400 more/mth went HMO as hosp system I wanted was there. 1/1/25, hosp no longer there, planned for PPO this year but price may be out of reach
