10.5 months, 11.7 kg down! 💪 That’s 1.1 kg per month. Hundreds of km cycling, lots of veggies and potatoes, 1.5L of water daily and black coffee. 🚴🥔💧 Still room for pizza, kebab, Mars bars and wheat beer! 🍕🍺 102.4 → 90.7 kg. Just 5.7 kg to go! Not perfect, just consistent. 😉 #health #food #weight

“Ragebait” is Germany’s Youth Word of 2026—and perhaps a reflection of our society. Manipulation, lies and constant provocation destroy trust and constructive dialogue. Less manufactured outrage, more understanding, cooperation and solutions. Let’s build, not divide.

Canada and Europe share democratic values, strong institutions and a commitment to freedom. 🇨🇦🇪🇺 A Canadian EU membership could strengthen our economies, security and geopolitical independence. Why not think bigger?

Healing is going pretty well. Thanks for all the kind wishes! 🤕😊 One more doctor’s appointment ahead – and tonight I’m back on camera teaching online. Make-up was suggested, but I don’t own any… and hey, this is real life. 🎥😄

Well… apparently, riding an e-scooter is something you actually need to know how to do — not just enjoy doing. 😅 Those things are seriously not harmless. Body definitely took some damage. 🤕🛴 #mobility

Around 170 kg of fruit and vegetables from my own garden – including 75 kg of pumpkins alone. 🎃🌱 This season proves it: growing your own food pays off. Low costs, great yields, short distances, and you know exactly where your food comes from. Garden to table. 😋

We need more stories like this. While large corporations cut jobs, SMEs are looking for successors and skilled professionals. That’s a true WIN-WIN-WIN. Thinking about entrepreneurship? Take over an existing business. Just do it! #economy #SMEs #Entrepreneurship

Merz still acts more like an opposition leader than a head of government. At best, he resembles a regional manager for Germany within the European Union—not a statesman capable of building trust and uniting the country.

I’m clearly against limiting transparency. Yes, politics and leadership are under constant scrutiny, and actions can be interpreted in different ways. But that’s exactly why transparency matters: it protects those who act with integrity—not those who seek to avoid accountability.

In my view, Friedrich Merz is not the right person to restore credibility and trust in the CDU. Trust is earned through integrity, transparency and consistent leadership — not just political messaging. #politics #germany #cdu #integrity #transparency
