Read JD Kirk’s DCI Logan series before. This didn’t disappoint. 1st time reading DI Ryan Wilkins. Loved it. Intricate plotting, but the heart of it is Wilkins’ relationship with his polar opposite partner, the similarly named DI Ray Wilkins. Pacey & surprisingly tender. Definitely picking up more.
