Life has been a little…turbulent since I posted this. Extreme bouts of acid reflux and oesophageal hypersensitivity ruined my life for a solid month. But something good did come out of it: I’ve been on propranolol for my anxiety symptoms for a couple of weeks and my life has gotten much better.
