Wow, 8 kg is amazing, congrats! I work out 3-5 times a week (jogging and freeletics), but I haven't paid much attention to my nutrition. Only recently, I started eating much less sugar, no crisps, etc., and I'm taking a break from drinking alcohol (I loooove beer).

I just ran 5k in 24:54 and 8k in 41:20, fuck yeah! That was definitely too fast but I wanted to see if I can pull it off. As it turns out, a strict diet makes a big difference, even after only a couple of days.

I cannot express how annoyed I am by poeple building accessibility testing tools, guidelines, generators, or other products just because now, thanks to LLMs, they think they understand the world and can finally fix this "problem" called accessiblity.
