Besides the fact it's not even a horror-comedy despite having small funny moments, OBSESSION going the Musical/Comedy route at the Globes I think deprives Inde Navarrette of an easier win for Actress-Drama. Because Actress-M/C is already competitive with Julianne Moore and Olivia Wilde.

With all the positive buzz that PRIMETIME is getting, including for Robert Pattinson, I wonder about Merritt Wever in Best Supporting Actress. We've seen actors who are Emmy magnets translate TV success into Oscar love (Bryan Cranston, Allsion Janney, Sterling K. Brown). Maybe Wever this year?
