also the spawn in the air thing just screws people more often than not since you have literally nowhere that is safe we wouldn't have so many spawncamping clips where you literally can't do anything if this mechanic didn't exist also means jumping back to spawn can STILL get you killed in rare cases

11.0 easily b/c hitboxes are literally part of the fundamentals for how PVP works, hp bar shows teammates HP and aura will inevitably lead to even more frustrating snowball matches Granted this is coming from someone who never bothers with the squid roll mechanic because it feels so clunky to use

honestly even taking out the comp/casual thing, I hate these devs i can't even play the game because of screen and yet they're STILL fucking me over with doing slider changes instead (and it's not even one that makes slider better to use, it's just one that makes it less annoying in ONE MODE)

i think it caters to comp way too much in comparison to casual like why the fuck do we have three ranked queues (sometimes 4, challenges do this shit too) with 4 different gamemodes and still only one true casual queue with a singular gamemode??? and that's really just the tip of it

"how about improving to not be snowballed" when I'm watching my team feed the other team's flow yeah you can't win them all but you sure as hell can reduce the amount of matches that just suck ass to play, and reducing the hostility towards casual players is part of that this isn't a good change.

what do casual players do when the maps force players to fight constantly? feed, because most aren't as mechanically skilled as comp. and what does the new mechanic do? buff you for killing enemies repeatedly. so, when we add those concepts together, what do we get? a game hostile towards casuals.
