I'm proud of client Neal Von Flue, whose "The Creativity Diagram" released today (e-book / print). I helped with editing, publishing, distribution, and designed the e-book. It's a slim guide to finding your way to your creative center, similar to "The War of Art," but unique. www.selznick.me/tcd-az

Happy 75th anniversary of the debut of Peanuts, and the introduction -- in a walk on! -- of good ol' Charlie Brown. As Peppermint Patty would say a few years later, "You're all right, Chuck." And that goes x1,000,000 for you, Mr. Schultz.

The very first "Peanuts" comic strip. In panel on, a little boy and girl are sitting on the curb watching the approach of another little boy. The little boy on the curb says, "Well! Here comes ol' Charlie Brown."

In the next panel, as Charlie Brown cheerfully walks by, the little boy on the curb says, "Good ol' Charlie Brown... yes sir!"

In the next panel, Charlie is gone and the little boy on the curb is watching him go. He says to the little girl, "Good ol' Charlie Brown."

In the last panel, the little boy on the curb looks straight ahead and says, "How I hate him!"
