I'm doing some sound effects design work that calls for an atonal engine-type sound, and many of the sound designers I admire perform their sounds, while I'm generally very anxious about performing music, I can have a lot of fun w/simple things like this thanks to the Linnstrument's expressivity

My favorite piece these days is "Disconnect in Character", which is more or less about neurodivergent masking — its costs & the negative feedback loops that form when you don't pay them A friend said it's "easily the darkest piece on the album" & it's *after* the one about depressive emptiness
