I visited Ireland from the US circa 2007 and was startled at how the anti-Polish sentiment sounded just like the complaints about non-white people by US racists--who'd consider both Irish & Polish A-OK. Tho' 100 years ago, neither was. All the same BS, sliding up and down the same horrid scale.

Happened to me last year!! It was a cyst; they biopsied & it was benign. Redid the ultrasound 6 months later and it had grown kinda quickly, so they removed it & it was nothing! A benign fibroadenoma. V common, apparently. All the odds are in your favor! Hang in there. ❤️‍🩹

100% same. I read her religiously, YEARS before I had kids, years before I knew the term "parasocial". I still think about her regularly (often b/c I've whispered "you need to cool it" to myself, stolen from one of her posts) and get so sad for her, her kids, everyone.
