Sponge’s “Rotting Piñata” is a great Sunday morning album for the big speakers. Released 30 years ago, but it’s pretty close to what the kids these days call “shoegaze”, with multiple layers of guitar with all kinds of reverb and delay providing a rich sonic atmosphere. Crank it up.

Finished the rebuild of that 90’s Giant Sedona ATX for my daughter that I got for $30 at an estate sale. I had a lot of the parts on-hand, but I think I spent $150 to complete it. I think it turned out pretty sweet.

Picked up an old Giant Sedona (‘99-ish?) for $30 at an estate sale. I have some extra 26” rims and tires that will fit nicely on this and make a great replacement bike for my daughter. Her Trek was stolen from the dorm’s secure bike room at MSU.
