I lead a bike ride every Monday evening in the summer where we go get ice cream. All ages and abilities welcome. We leave from Landry’s Boston. Tomorrow we’re rolling out at 6:30 to accommodate a special guest. If you’re down for community or down for ice cream, this would be a good one to attend 👀

Lil bit of hope that the Mayor is working on making things safer in Boston. This is the first action I've seen to back up the words we're hearing. Not the whole lane, but I'm happy to have some protection back around the Public Garden (especially they corners)

My friend is dead. A driver, through neglect, recklessness or malice, has killed Louisa. I’m beside myself with grief and filled with righteous anger at a city that has stalled and slow-walked safety improvements for all road users. Louisa should be here with us.

I am becoming convinced that autonomous vehicles are designed to solve the problem of "I live in a wealthy suburb but have a horrible car commute and don't want to drive anymore but also hate trains and buses and refuse to ride a bike."
