A community use sports hall should be 690sqm according to Sport England. This building has one less than 600sqm. Not big enough not good enough. Did I mention it has no lift? Costly bodged up build. No community use intended or planned.

What no one mentions is that most US businesses pay huge costs towards insurance cover for employees. Most employees won't take a job without health and dental. They take less in wage for a better benefit. Would or could business pay?

These are all from the Tesla website selling a Tesla on the back of tax breaks and subsidies. You don't need whataboutery it was an article on Tesla. The main rich person gaining from these subsidies is Musk.

Advisory Fuel Rates As electricity is not classed as road fuel, the car fuel benefit charge does not apply to electric charging. If an employee uses a company car, no BiK when charging vehicle at the work. The advisory fuel rate for fully electric vehicles has been confirmed by HMRC as 9p per mile

Car Fuel Benefit Charge As electricity is not classed as a road fuel, Tesla cars have no fuel benefit charge. That means employees are exempt from paying Benefit in Kind on electricity provided by their employer to charge an electric company car.

Company Car Tax (Benefit in Kind) From 6th April 2022, both new and existing Tesla cars eligible for a 2% Benefit-in-Kind (BiK) rate for the 24/25 tax year. Ultra Low Emission Zones Tesla vehicles are able to access the London Ultra Low Emission Zone without paying the noncompliance fee of £12.50. The zone currently covers all London boroughs. The cost of paying the ULEZ over 3 years could be up to £13,650, when driving into the zone on a daily basis.

London Congestion Charge The London Congestion Charge is a daily charge for driving a vehicle within the charging zone in central London. As of The daily charge has also risen to £15 per day. Currently all battery electric vehicles qualify for the 100 percent cleaner vehicle discount.

The 11+ still exists in some areas. This was a grammar school or university entrance exam at 11 so not a choice a test. It as you kind of imply excluded some bright children not prepared for the exam. 14 all young people chose a path but we need a different destination not different paths to uni.

So Technical Levels? That has crashed and burned. A disaster where huge capital grants were lashed out and little learning with them has been done. No connection between education and work for anyone in education including university graduates. Look at your teaching workforce and facilities too.

Every teen gets the chance to chose at 14 what they will study. Teachers simply do not know enough about routes into other jobs to value and promote vocational. Not enough teachers to teach decent vocational skills either.
