As someone who lives out by Silver Lake but frequents the waterfront, I guess I can’t argue that lol There’s also 2 hotels and hella new restaurants (that need to be open a bit later imo) I love that it gives Everett two distinct areas to hang out in. I think they’re doing a good job with it!
