Lunch today was a take on poached eggs on toast by Sophie Dahl. However the toast is replaced with portobello mushrooms which gave a lovely meaty taste to them. #food #foodsky ##goodlunch

I think the photo didn't do it justice. There was more of it than it looks as it was quite thick. It's the standard size for duck breasts in the UK - most supermarkets stock the exact same brand (Gressingham duck). A whole duck is a nice idea but not quick to cook after a full day at yhe office.
