The Thai sauce helped somewhat, but the other piece is being cooked up for the dog, he may be less choosy about the quality if chicken.

#SundayPixMosaic There were lots of mosaics of birds around Peasedown St John, all to commemorate the mining history. That much I did find out. There were lots more and a huge mosaic above the Co-Op which I did not record.
