We already know what makes them tick. If we are to survive as a civil society we will have go back to a tax structure that prevents having a billionaire class - or at the very least forces them to contribute to society and prevents them from swaying elections.

Most affordable housing is mixed income. A percentage of units with an income caps that vary and then some at market value. There is a lot of this in MA-my mother lived in a beautiful apartment on Cape Cod and with three tiers of units. It was a renovated school with high ceilings and big windows.

I'm outraged. I still cannot believe people think Medicare is a free ride. My husband and I each pay $600 a month after having paid in for almost 50 years. That's just for B and prescription. Thankfully his union retirement benefits include a PPO advantage plan for free. More unions/universal care.
