Ya se anunció y está en preventa este interesante proyecto que se gestó en pandemia en un intento de historizar la historieta argentina desde múltiples voces, cada una desde su área de especialidad. Mi aporte: ensayos sobre edición y revistas perdidas. Editan Comic.ar y Sector.

Of the many artist tributes out there, I think about this Akira piece by Alex Toth often. Otomo feels like someone who is the exact antithesis of Toths philosophy; pure hyper-maximimalism over stripped-down gestural brevity. I can't help but wonder what Toth thought of Akira.
