So last night we finished Monster: The Lizzie Borden story. Maybe not spoopy or a horror necessarily, but still creepy and murdery. It was...fine. It moved really slow and took five-ever to wrap up. Ryan Murphy's stuff always has pacing issues. They also did a lot of editorializing of the story

Bad news: I took apart my Council of Four deck last week. Good news: I built a new deck that is blue, and has a council in the command zone It's literally a pile of "cards I already own" with 2 exceptions. I'm excited to be rolling up to Magic Con Atlanta with at least 2 brand new decks

0-2 dropped with a super blah gw pile. Got flown over both matches and even when I was gaining 5+ life every turn some games, it never felt great. My 2 drop slot was very weak compared to what everyone was doing. At least I got some sweet loot in my collector packs and very fancy Goyf tokens

It’s getting ridiculously hard lately to find slots for new cards in existing decks. Because of this I am trying a new method: buy the cards I like and force myself to put them in a deck instead of waiting for the plan before I buy them. It seems to be working so far

Update on Moose: he’s been on pain meds to manage but I can tell his body is getting tired. He’s not walking well, accidents every day, and losing his appetite even with his favorite foods. Just trying to make my buddy comfortable while we can.
