that's why we need shift AI use. Before: Student has AI Write a paper on Huck Finn for them Now has AI Summarize each 1/3 of HF. Summarize the summaries. Name theme connecting HF to Today. Write 5 paragraph essay connecting theme to HF. Student: Analyze essay based on your understanding. #bfc530

When I joined the social media platform that shall not be named I found Ts who shared freely & others who accepted that or moved on. Recently, no on moves on, they punch down on the share. We need more "this is for me!" or "This is what I've seen" and less "why would you share that" #slowpopupchat

All of this! I love teaching pre-service teachers while working with in-service teachers as well. There are so many amazing things evolving and working in our classrooms that the pre-service crew needs to be prepared to hit the ground running. #BridgeTheGap and tighten the web for all EDU's.

Let me shake the table: When people have told me, "You've moved onto bigger and better things," I tell them, "No, I moved to something different and potentially as important." The best professors have either extensive K-12 experience or enough humility to bridge the gap. But power matters here.
