BAKE OFF SIGNATURE CHALLENGE WEEK 1: Stout Cake This year, I'm following along with the Great British bake off and making each signature challenge. In week one, the challenge was a stout cake. I went with a classic Guinness cake with Bailey's cream cheese icing.
