I predict the TARDIS Crew Doctor will just be a standalone incarnation like the Shalka Doctor rather than fit into mainline continuity. Also expecting they'll be mute in the style of Mr Bean, rather than casting a new voice actor as the Doctor. It's also for preschoolers and none of this matters.
