Americans get too much of an inflated ego from how many people enter their tournaments. Getting out of pools at a larger US event seems to be a pretty expected for any player that's above like 1800 rating on RU, so clearly the majority of those signed up aren't good

tinkaton’s smithy (2022)

An illustration of Tinkaton and Tinkatink hammering at an anvil in a blacksmith's workshop. Tinkaton is wearing safety goggles, an apron, and gloves. there is a fire lit behind them on the forge, and other hammers and tools around the room. Tinkaton’s big hammer hangs on the wall, a maushold is living in the smithy, and a bronzor is sleeping in a bookshelf

Hello, I meant to reply to your first post about people who have gone to locals. I'm a Swedish Strive player and former DBFZ player of some note. I was in the middle of this picture taken at UFA this year

Nerds who play Guilty Gear Strive gathered at a fighting game event for a group picture

With that said I'm still very unsure as I'm writing this, it is still a "shooter" in the sense where you have to aim and click, so I apologise for not understanding the scope of your dexterity issues

There is a "Story" difficulty that removes any risk that combat brings, and the anniversary update has added many settings to make the game way easier and more accessible. Quick turn, button tapping to single tap, and if you play on PS5 it even added gyroscopic aiming

It's not an RPG but I will never pass up on an opportunity to recommend Alan Wake 2. Horror, crazy good story, insanely well written, music is phenomenal, everyone should play through the game at least once.

Gamers don't know what they want. People complain about neutral heavy games with "footsies" and homogenised damage profiles like SFV, but then in the same breath complain when games add variation. I'm 100% convinced that if DBFZ added assists in for example season 3 people would fucking hate it

With the Silver Series over, and Arc Sys/ESL not actually announcing the winners/top8s for them at all, here's a quick recap of everyone that got points from the silvers! Keep in mind the MENA one was single elimination FT3 rather than double elim FT2, and only gave points to 1st

How did you pick your username? It was actually a joke made by a friend back in high school lol. One day he just said "yo Mastodon!", because he looked up synonyms for "large" and I thought it was the coolest shit ever, and now ten years later it's still the coolest shit ever
