As an elementary school kid in the 80s, I could’ve stared at a picture like this for hours. The brief flash of a pegasus at the start of Tri-Star movies, a couple picture books, maybe a poster… fantastical images were a rare, limited resource. It’s better to be post-scarcity.

Listening to an entire Dungeon Crawler Carl audiobook in one day is a lot. It reminds me of when I used to reserve Farscape DVDs at the library, and then have only one week to watch a whole season. Mind-smashingly intense. It does make a fourteen hour drive pass faster though.
