From the NY Times Georgia’s Court of Appeals on Thursday disqualified the Atlanta prosecutor who brought an election interference case against President-elect Trump and his allies, a surprise move that threw the entire case into disarray. All three of the appeals judges are Republican appointees.

Just a reminder that Trump walked into a hospital with a "bullet wound" and a week later released a report from a doctor without a license that said his ear was blown off by 2cm. at the top. It shouldn’t be ignored that Kash Patel chose to plead the Fifth in response to a grand jury subpoena over the Mar-a-Lago classified documents. He only testified, involuntarily, after being granted immunity. Think about that. Trump’s FBI nominee pled the Fifth in response to a DOJ subpoena.

Home insurance in areas hit by repetitive disasters is going to be the number one housing affordability issue over the next 4 years. And possibly going into the midterms. More so than interest rates. Florida in particular is going to have huge problems.

Per the NY Times Nancy Mace, a South Carolina Republican, wants to bar transgender women from using women’s restrooms in the Capitol. The proposal targets Sarah McBride, a Democrat who is the first openly transgender member of Congress. There's so much hate in the GOP.
