I'm currently playing through the original Dark Souls 2 for the first time. Might have to check this out afterwards. Shocked with how good DS2 is if you take the time to really get into it. Like, this is way more fun than Elden Ring and does everything that game does but better.

Useful when artists actually bother to tag their content as NSFW, and weird fetish material that doesn't technically include nudity slips through. Early on I had a shocking amount of furry cub diaper fetish art popping up because the artist didn't consider it NSFW apparently. Not an excuse.

Makes sense, I don't know what characters have canonically consumed souls. Gwyn, Pontiff, and the two princes are a relatively normal size despite their high power, certainly above the Vordt and the Dancer. So maybe it's something they can control unlike the many forced transformations.

The Dark Souls series have a weird relationship with size. Giants are a distinct race but also "humans" seem to be able to grow in size as they accumulate power. But only sometimes? I don't read the lore, I just noticed that some dudes are huge for no specific reason.

I watched the King of the Hill revival and it's uuuhhh pretty good. Some of the plotlines are weak and the first few episodes felt kinda mean-spirited. I'm also really not fond of how they did Connie. Like I REALLY don't like that whole situation and how it plays out. But overall I enjoyed it.

It's good to know if I bought this game that I simply wouldn't have access to all of the content, but instead limited amounts at varying time-frames. Remembering the era when FromSoft made fantastic adventures with intricate Castlevania-esque level design instead of boss rushes with padding.

This is weird to me because the Monster Hunter release model was kinda born out of necessity (base game in Japan yap yap more content for portable worldwide releases yap) and became the modern expansions post-World by leaning more into the established DLC norms.
