one of these men can be described as having a “slutty little waist,” the other is just hot i need everyone to STOP saying that arthur morgan has a slutty little waist. he is a brick shithouse even dying of tuberculosis. JOHN MARSTON has the slutty little waist. christ

a screenshot from red dead redemption 2, primarily of arthur morgan’s backside. he’s a very attractive man, and he does not have a particularly small waist. he’s just muscular and sexy.

another red dead redemption 2 screenshot, primarily of john marston’s backside. now THIS man has a slutty little waist. like his shoulders are a normal broadness for how tall he is, but his hips are like HALF the width of his shoulders. it’s kind of insane how tiny his waist is.

HI HELLO EVERYONE I GOT THE MOST BEAUTIFUL GWENWALL COMMISSION FROM @littleplasticrat.bsky.social I COULD SCREAM I LOVE THEM SO MUCH

a digital watercolor painting of two people, both nude, having sex. on the left (receiving) is gwen trevelyan. they are pale with very dark hair that reaches past their shoulders and a scar on their right cheek. they also have top surgery scars on their chest. on the right (giving) is blackwall, holding gwen firmly in his arms in an embrace. the background is abstract and neutral, but gives the impression of an evening setting.

one secret way to get more fics in your fandom is to read and comment on WIPs the other super secret way is to start writing

Discworld QOTD, from Feet of Clay

No more kings. Vimes had difficulty in articulating why this should be so, why the concept resonated in his very bones. After all, a good many of the patricians had been as bad as any king. But they were...sort of...bad on equal terms. What set Vimes's teeth on edge was the idea that kings were a different kind of human being. A higher lifeform. Somehow magical.

I also do not have the energy or words to comment on everything I see and like, but I think we do need to collectively try a lot harder to say *anything* in the comments of pieces we enjoy. Things hit my feed with tons of likes, tons of shares, and ZERO comments, like honestly wtf. We can do better.

And one just for fun, because I found a bunch of my old Blackwall pngs

A graphic with several pngs of Blackwall (Dragon Age Inquisition) layered over a grey background with green flecks. At the center top is white text in all caps that reads: DO IT FOR HIM

new gwenwall fic just dropped !!! post-IHW angst >:3 (note that gwen is nonbinary and will eventually use they/them pronouns, this fic just takes place before they figure their shit out, hence the she/her-ing) archiveofourown.org/works/72024191

a screenshot of a fanfiction from archive of our own

title: under a blanket of stars
by marvelousgoose

summary:

It had been hours, but Gwen still couldn’t get the image of Blackwall’s corpse being thrown on the castle floor like he was nothing more than a sack of barley out of her head. The sword in his hand was gone, having long-since clattered to the ground with a metallic ring in the hall beyond the great doors; the shield still strapped to his left arm made a dull thud. There was blood, and Gwen didn’t know how much had been his and how much had been the enemies’—or Sera’s, perhaps. The thought twisted in her gut like a knife. She couldn’t sleep, although she knew she should try; the day had been long, and she was tired to her very bone. But every time her eyes drifted shut—there he was, limp and bloodied. The ring, the thud.

Or: on the trip back to Haven, Gwen and Blackwall bond over a flask.

yk this is kind of ridiculous but it does make me genuinely sad that the wedding scene in big fish (the musical) isn’t sung through at all, bc that means it’s completely absent from the cast recording :( it’s literally one of the most important scenes imo !!!

Wow I love Lake Luthias

A screenshot of Blackwall, bare-chested at Lake Luthias. The sky is darkening, and the trees in the distance on the far side of the lake are turning gold and red with autumn's arrival. The lake's water is dark, and reflects the sky and trees. Blackwall is in the foreground on the left of the screen, gazing out at the water.

i love tormenting blackwall by giving him a small army of children who love him even though they don’t know his crimes. like something something the unconditional love of a child would destroy him in the most fun way possible
