Amanda Růžičková @marvelish.me · 03/07/2026Of course they're not my cup of tea; they're books, and books usually make poor cups. That would be an interesting way to go about tasseography, though. 020
Amanda Růžičková @marvelish.me · 10/06/2026I'm so glad it says there will be a live stream! It will be pretty late here, but I don't even care. 010

Amanda Růžičková @marvelish.me · 22/12/2025I think what you meant to say is that you're writing a new short story because you love us all and wanted to provide us something new to read more quickly than a novel would allow! 110
Amanda Růžičková @marvelish.me · 17/12/2025I can see that last part, although I have pretty positive feelings about therapy (now, after getting through some things). Amanda Růžičková @marvelish.me · 11/12/2025I've been listening to this song so much, and it's the newest addition to my "F#%k Cancer" playlist—I had it on repeat before my oncologist appointment on Tuesday. @dessadarling.bsky.social's Good Grief is also one of the small handful of songs that helped get me through losing my son. 120

Amanda Růžičková @marvelish.me · 18/11/2025It was the idea that someone might feel seen and a bit less alone that made me start sharing my poetry last year. From there I started writing reviews. Now I'm working on a novel. Reviews, for me, are all about other people—author and audience. For everything else, I'm still finding the balance. 110
Amanda Růžičková @marvelish.me · 18/11/2025This is interesting to think about! I've been a writer for most of my life, I only recently started thinking of myself as one. I wrote because I had things I need to get out. Friends eventually convinced me that I might actually be good, and that other people might get something out of my work. 120

As a casual magical girl enjoyer, this series strikes a perfect balance of character work, tone, style, and vibes that tells a beautiful story about figuring yourself out, and then fighting for that life against the forces of evil. 1196

I'm interested in possibly getting one made for things like bookstagram, my website, etc. I'm also absolutely expecting to pay for it. I'd rather pay someone in my social circles than a total stranger. 17140

Amanda Růžičková @marvelish.me · 13/11/2025I promise, I'm keeping it in mind. 3,200+ documented deaths out of 150,000 kids is a 2.1% mortality rate, 7x higher than the general child population. TRC estimates at least 6,000 deaths. Some experts suggest the number could be far higher. 000
Amanda Růžičková @marvelish.me · 13/11/2025Kivalliq Hall closed in 1997, 28 years ago. It wasn't initially recognised under the IRSSA but was added to the list of recognised schools in 2019. The last known death occurring in 1996 doesn't disprove the fact that that people who were involved may very well still be alive. 100
Amanda Růžičková @marvelish.me · 13/11/2025751 unmarked grave sites at one school. Not mass-graves, but certainly a mass of graves. Over 1,300 graves found at just four of 139 schools. Systematic starvation, untreated disease, bodies never returned to families. Whatever you call it, how do you have genocide without mass-something? 100
Amanda Růžičková @marvelish.me · 13/11/2025Also, the last residential school in Canada closed just 28 years ago. The Truth and Reconciliation Commission stated that deaths occurred from 1867 to 2000. It's very likely that many of the people involved are not, in fact, dead. 110
Amanda Růžičková @marvelish.me · 13/11/2025Under Canadian law you're correct, it is instead only manslaughter to kill someone through neglect, which carries the same maximum penalty as second-degree murder. So, yes, it's only mass manslaughter there, instead of mass murder. 110
