HELLO @stoatallybored.bsky.social MERRY LATE CHRISTMAS AND HAPPY NEW YEAR Sorry this is a bit late, I joined one too many secret santas (7) and couldn't put the time into this that it deserved. But I hope you like it! I had fun drawing them #pinss25 #secretsanta #christmas #gift

DAY 17 This one was a little rushed. I lined the art before making a design for the parent so it's a bit of a mess. I even added the wings because I decided they're the aunt of another oc now. #inktober #oc-tober #artchallenge #mlp #pony #mlpoc #nonbinary #oc #ocart #ponyoc #traditionalart

Maru/Marbear @marumarbear.bsky.social · 05/11/2025

DAY 16 At this point I decided to minimize the colors so I don't hurt my wrist as much, but I'll finish this inktober, trust. The prompt was "what I love". I think I misinterpreted it but this oc loves her culture #inktober #mlp #pony #mlpoc #oc #ocart #mlpart #ponyoc #traditionalart #furry

Maru/Marbear @marumarbear.bsky.social · 02/11/2025

DAY 15 I always wondered how a furry here would work. They can make paws, a tail cover, wig, and mask for different snouts but Pupa just has a tail and face paint Shes finally letting loose and accepts she/her pronouns #inktober #oc-tober #mlp #pony #mlpoc #oc #ocart #transoc #trans #traditionalart

Pupa embarrassed that one of her friends saw her dressing up
She's probably going to a con or something

030

Maru/Marbear @marumarbear.bsky.social · 01/11/2025

DAY 14 I drew the brother before but the mom was inspired by an oc I scraped years ago, and the dad is a slightly redesigned oc that I never really used Im not sure about this pairing but it kinda works #inktober #oc-tober #artchallenge #mlp #pony #mlpoc #oc #ocart #traditionalart #coloringpencils

040

Maru/Marbear @marumarbear.bsky.social · 31/10/2025

DAY 13 They didn't have favorite clothes but they do now! I imagine most ponies dont wear clothes unless it's a special event. They still have gender assigned clothes but it probably isn't as socially strict. #inktober #oc-tober #artchallenge #mlp #pony #mlpoc #oc #ocs #ocart #traditionalart

060

Maru/Marbear @marumarbear.bsky.social · 30/10/2025

DAY 12 I forgot to post but I'm doing it anyway! The prompt was "kiss" so I had to draw my gay ocs. Good for them, good for them. #inktober #oc-tober #artchallenge #mlp #pony #oc #thesebitchesgay #ocart #traditionalart

050

Maru/Marbear @marumarbear.bsky.social · 28/10/2025

DAY 11 I had to take a break for a while because my back and hands hurt but I'm back! This one focuses on my trans pony pre-transition (amab). I like when characters don't need drastic changes to feel comfortable with themself. #inktober #oc-tober #artchallenge #mlp #pony #oc #ocart #traditionalart

030

Maru/Marbear @marumarbear.bsky.social · 14/10/2025

DAY 10 I was going to draw diamond yelling at her friends because she's overwhelmed, but the sketch felt too aggressive And then the final sketch looked more aggressive- So she's yelling at her parents instead #inktober #oc-tober #artchallenge #mlp #pony #mlpoc #oc #ocart #traditionalart

020

Maru/Marbear @marumarbear.bsky.social · 13/10/2025

DAY 9 Sprinkle finds an old magazine with Choco's mom on the cover I couldn't think of a "friendship ruining" secret so I went with a silly, embarrassing one The magazine is a reference to some art I adopted the oc with #inktober #oc-tober #artchallenge #mlp #pony #mlpoc #oc #ocart #traditionalart

000

Maru/Marbear @marumarbear.bsky.social · 12/10/2025

DAY 8 I wanted to draw a random trio from the group just hanging out So here's Flowerwork in the middle, hoping Diamond and Pupa get along It's funny how half of these have 2 or three sketches #inktober #oc-tober #artchallenge #mlp #pony #mlpoc #ocart #traditionalart #sketch #coloringpencils

020

Maru/Marbear @marumarbear.bsky.social · 10/10/2025

DAY 7 Diamond is part of a family business They use an advanced spell to turn gemstones into seasoning Her parents forced her into it and it's physically exhausting to pull off #inktober #oc-tober #artchallenge #mlp #pony #mlpoc #ocart #traditionalart #coloringpencils

020

Maru/Marbear @marumarbear.bsky.social · 09/10/2025

DAY 6 I think I'm finally back on track, like, not going to fall more behind Anyway- I spent way too long designing sprinkle's mother and she ended up reminding me of misty from mlp g5 I love misty tho #inktober #oc-tober #artchallenge #mlp #pony #mlpoc #ocart #traditionalart #coloringpencils

Sprinkle hugging her mom.
The dad died at work from a lethal incident.

Using my materials to cover up empty space, I'm so smart 😎
I'm still a little unsure on the mom's design, but I like the cutiemark

010

Maru/Marbear @marumarbear.bsky.social · 08/10/2025

DAY 5 Sense I'm not exactly following a list I just wrote down the prompts I liked I might swap them around or change them but I try not to change too much #inktober #oc-tober #artchallenge #mlp #pony #mlpoc #ocart #traditionalart #coloringpencils

062

Maru/Marbear @marumarbear.bsky.social · 07/10/2025

DAY 4 I never had a concrete design for Shooting star's brother, but he's the main reason she's so competitive I wanted to make the pose work so badly, so I drew it twice before doing the final one and I'm really happy with it #inktober #oc-tober #mlp #mlpoc #ocart #traditionalart #coloringpencils

011

Maru/Marbear @marumarbear.bsky.social · 05/10/2025

DAY 3 I've only drawn the dad once and spacing in hard so after messing up the sketch I just drew it on my laptop and traced it onto paper But I'm getting even better with each day :> #inktober #oc-tober #mlp #mlpoc #ocart #traditionalart #digitalart #coloringpencils

071

Maru/Marbear @marumarbear.bsky.social · 04/10/2025

Sense I'm behind on inktober already (as expected) here's some other art I was playing in stars and time, then me and some friends voiced the characters So we drew ourselves as them I was mira, and the friend voicing siff doesn't draw so I drew him too #isat #instarsandtime #pixelart #nospoilers

080

Maru/Marbear @marumarbear.bsky.social · 03/10/2025

DAY 2 I'm getting better at this :> I'm a little disappointed in the lighting from the fireworks but everything else is perfect My ocs are still young in this but it's set a few days before the last one #inktober #oc-tober #mlp #mlpoc #ocart #traditionalart #cutiemark

Flowerwork performing on a big stage as she gets her cutiemark, and diamond watching from the crowd
This is the first time they meet

030

Maru/Marbear @marumarbear.bsky.social · 02/10/2025

DAY 1 I haven't colored traditionally in years, I chose the worst thing to do for the first day- It's an intro to all the ocs I'll be focusing on. This is them younger when they just completed the friend group #inktober #oc-tober #mlp #mlpoc #ocart #traditionalart

Oc names in order are shooting star, choco twist (in the back), flowerwork, diamond spice, sprinkle, golden flare (flying), and pupa
Diamond is newest to the group and they're showing her their interests one by one
Right now it's sprinkle's turn

Recent art that wasn't made for inktober
This is them grown up
Diamond spice, sprinkle, pupa (trans), choco twist, flowerwork, golden flare, and shooting star
