A client's @statamic.com site is expanding to new languages. Given its complex structure and number of Collections, I wrote a command that creates localisations across the site, making it ready for the translators to work through. And when they add a new language, we simply run the command again.

You’ve heard of chia pudding… but what about chia jelly? Made with fruit juice instead of coconut milk. With goji berries, a diced strawberry (have you seen the size of them?), 3 blackberries, 3 raspberries, 1/3 white peach, macadamias and shaved coconut. Ace breakfast for a 42 degree day.

Arts and crafts with my new IKEA MYGGBETT door sensors. These used to be white. But a can of spray paint helped me make them better blend with the sliding door frame, and still have a functioning button and LED alert.

Over 90 hours of playtime over 5 months, Death Standing 2 wrapped as did 2025. Weird, a stellar soundtrack, and also dealing with some sensitively deep themes, I’m not ashamed to admit to wet eyes at several moments. With most of its time set in Australia, it resonated a little more personally.

Created an Image button for Flux's Editor component. For this ultra-simple use case, images are stored inline as base64 encodes (given images are actually so rare for this use case), and a button to add/edit the alt attribute. Swish!

Well, it's not. Yet. But soon. The Mity Docs site is being updated with support for multiple doc versions, and a rewrite of the docs to support v3. There's a v3 branch on Github in case you want to take a look: some new advanced features will be easier to implement when the docs are live.

Feedamic 3 for @statamic.com gives you control. Here we have a modifier for the "content" field, but only when we have Sets in the field (yep, non-set Bard processing is built-in to Feedamic now), and only on the "blog" feed. Can your Atom/RSS generator do that?

A code example of customising the modifier on a "content" field with a custom view method, under certain conditions only and for specified feeds.

IKEA PARASOLL are a white contact sensor for smart homes. And they come in white. But my sliding door frames are very very dark gray. This is why I bought a can of spray paint: to make dark IKEA PARASOLL that will blend in with the sliding door frames.
