Martin Travis @martintravis.bsky.social · 51mI make sure I get all my hospital letters online via the app now - much more reliable and I don't miss anything important. I'm paperless by choice with most of my utilities and admin stuff as well, because I just haven't found Royal Mail reliable over recent years, which is a shame really 🤷♂️ 110
Martin Travis @martintravis.bsky.social · 1hI've blocked a few people I've interacted with for a long time, forthe simple reason they may be posting graphic content of atrocities etc Totally get why they would do that, and why it's important, but my personal preference is not to see that kind of stuffon my Bluesky feed 010
Martin Travis @martintravis.bsky.social · 3hIt doesn't bother me if somebody mutes or blocks me, or puts me on a list to be honest. I don't take it personally, because why would I? I tend to block the obvious bots, content scrapers and accounts that post really graphic content, and mute some accounts that are just not to my taste? 210

Martin Travis @martintravis.bsky.social · 20hStuff like this is a lot to take in. My autism diagnosis aged 60 has been a mixed blessing. Yes, I can give myself some grace for past bad behavior and poor decisions, but I still have to own them. I had agency. There's a lot of dark stuff though, and the process was painful. I wish you well! 010

Martin Travis @martintravis.bsky.social · 05/10/2026See above. Amazing really - 3 FA Cup finals, including setting up Jackie Milburn for Newcastle, playing for Blackpool in the Matthews final, and for Man U in the post air disaster final, plus an England cap in the infamous 6-3 defeat by Hungary! Some career, that! 👍👏👏👏 130

Martin Travis @martintravis.bsky.social · 03/10/2026I think I'm just too impatient, Ian. I'm one of those people who struggle to watch TV quiz shows because I'm not interested in the contestants' job, where they went on holiday, or their quirky anecdote. Just get on with it! 🫣🤣 010
Martin Travis @martintravis.bsky.social · 03/10/2026Never watched it before, but I caught the first episode on Thursday, as my old mum loves it, and I thought it would be good for staying in the conversation with her. But tbh, I won't be watching from now on, although I can see why people like it. For me, it's frustratingly slow-paced. 110
