So I have been out bowling with cousins and 3/4 of the way through, I threw the ball when I had a severe muscle pull or something in my upper left leg. I had to go sit n a comfy chair and suffer in fairly silent pain. Damnit. I hope y’all’s day a going better!!! 🌻🙏🌻

IRISH GUACAMOLE 🇮🇪 1. Wash and peel 6-8 large potatoes. 2. Cut potatoes in quarters and boil until tender, about 20 min. 3. Strain water from potatoes and add two teaspoons of salt, one cup of whole milk and 3-4 tablespoons of butter. 4. Mash and mix well. Serve hot. Follow me for more #recipes.
