Excited to share our paper in @natimmunol.nature.com! Using in vivo #CRISPR screens we identify the E3 ligase STUB1 as a new cancer immunotherapy target in CD8 T cells. STUB1 is a dual function target: STUB1 KO promotes CD8 responses and STUB1 KO hinders tumor cells. www.nature.com/articles/s41...
