Yes, I cook for one. I cut most recipes in half. I also have a small fridge with the old small freezer on top. I don’t have a lot of room. Btw, I like lamb shoulder chops. This could probably be made in a smaller amount with a couple of those cut up instead of dealing with a whole shoulder roast.
