There have been bear sightings in our area so we weren't surprised. Oscar alerted us at about 5 am. We could hear shuffling noises outside the bedroom window. By the time Mark shone a light out the window the bear was gone but it had dragged in someone's trash bag full of takeout boxes. Left a mess.

Thanks. Most of the time I'm able to keep it in the same "emotional silo" where I keep Tinnitus. Some days I'm bummed about it, but mostly I'm okay. The symptoms now are a fraction of what they were. There's a physical therapist in Denver who specializes in balance and vertigo.

When we were in Europe last year, I missed the Wordle most days because we were always out and about by the time it came out. I guess I was also in a different frame of mind. I will cherish my memories of that trip. 🇮🇸 🇫🇷 Unfortunately, I've had vertigo from the long plane trips ever since. 🙁

A few weeks ago we stayed at our friend's #mountain #cabin. We enjoyed this #cozy seating area that was near the #wood #stove. There was a #3rdPlace to sit, a futon sofa that's off-camera. #BlueSkyArtShow

We never saw any evidence of the birds after this incident. I do think we have some larger hawks or eagles in the area. Did I tell you about the bear in our back yard? There was also video of a moose with full antlers walking calmly through a big intersection at the bottom of our hill at 5 am. 🫎🐻
