I think the main issue people have with Janeway is an emergent narrative problem of there being no Evil Admirals in the Delta Quadrant, so the occasional episode that needs one has to make Janeway act as de facto Evil Admiral, and then everything just goes back to normal later. She's great though!

Top: RUNNING AWAY: It's the same as normal movement. Please, move in a direction where there is no enemy and away from the monster if you begin to think that combat is going badly. YOU DON'T NEED TO FIGHT EVERYTHING. Every time you meet a monster, you don't have to fight with it. For instance, when a monster and a treasure box are next to each other, you can take the contents of the treasure box and escape quickly. It's not 'unfair' at all, because you have chosen a way to survive. If your physical strength or such is decreased, it is best to prevent your death by not fighting strong monsters.

Recruitment Drive where if you play as a male character (as the devs expect) you get a clever puzzle where you have to change your gender, but if you're playing as a woman already there's just no puzzle
