2/2 with special thanks to @goodomenshq.bsky.social for their patience when I panicked when I didn't find the second package (it had sneakily sneaked into the third package!)

This is not the end.❤️ Please read. Thank You! Gociety #goodomens

Dear Angels and Demons,

Today, GO Prime shared their farewell video, and it has left many fans heartbroken.

But for us, this is not a goodbye, because our Good Omens journey isn't over yet. And if you feel the same way, if you want us to keep going, then we will.

Keep writing fanfiction, creating art and crafting your cosplays, because those things—and many more—are the heart and soul of every fandom.

“Let there be light.”

"I feel like my home is on fire" THIS! Exactly this. I loved the ending and suddenly I had nowhere to express my joy. I muted chats, stopped reading posts. Stopped interacting. The way a few fans feel entitled to lash out at creators and other fans is just not acceptable. At all.

It saddens me to see what’s going on in the fandom right now. Rachel and everyone else who worked on the Finale put so much love into it and they’re real people with real feelings. Go out, hug a tree and be kind. - Shen

Admin here… LEAVE. RACHEL. ALONE. I don’t care how sad you are. I don’t care how much you love these characters. I don’t care how ‘ruined’ you think your life is because it didn’t go your way. If you torment her or any of the creators with your feelings, you’re a BAD PERSON.

Looks like the Good Omens bench has been visited by a flock of nightingales over the last few days.

“Smitted? Smote? Smitten? Crowley, you’re being silly” next to two winged wine glasses toasting with a heart-shaped red wine. Next to them, a big “South Downs” in cursive with an even bigger singing nightingale, a “No us” quote in red, and several Crowley and Aziraphale stick figures, including one design similar to the Peter Anderson Studio opening characters.

3/3... a universe that seems far more tolerant. And to think of all the possibilities, parallel or perhaps pocket universes. So many different versions of our favourites. I wish I could escape an at the moment rather chilly Sweden and give everyone involved a big hug 💜 Thank you

2/3...Thank you for everything, the tears, the joy, the miracle of making this happen, all the little nods to fandom. And...for the ending. I know fandom is divided and I do understand the wish to see the Angel and Demon united forever... but this, a universe where they are free and happy...wow

I was inspired by @racheltalalay.com’s story about David Tennant and the airborne ice cream cones. Since there’s only 8 days left to imagine whatever I want out of that moment, here’s my take on it…1/4

A cartoon illustration of Crowley locking up the Bookshop and Aziraphale polishing the Bentley-turned into an ice cream van. Crowley: Angel! I’m locking up for the day!
Aziraphale: Jolly good!

A cartoon illustration of Aziraphale polishing the Bentley ice cream van.
Aziraphale: That’s the spirit! Nice and shiny!

A cartoon illustration. Crowley finishes locking up the shop, facing the door.
Crowley: Ready to go to that Ethiopian place that everyone’s…
Crowley turns toward Aziraphale and the car across the street.
Crowley: …raved …about…GAH!!!

Cartoon illustration, close up of Crowley looking horrified.
Crowley: ANGEL! WOT.HAS.HAPPENED.TO.MY. BENTLEY???

Vintage, yellow, tartan, music, and “scrumptious quality ices”, this horrifying monstrosity of a car was clearly custom made for Aziraphale and Crowley does not care for it.

Aziraphale’s visible exhaustion with the situation is clearly reaching Jim-short-for-James-short-for-Gabriel level, while Crowley is a walking illustration of appalled. Interesting choice of ice cream, too: 99 flakes for both of them. Is our guy Jesus working his miracles instead of marriage counselling?

“Joy unbounded”, as in that final song from the operetta “Trial by Jury” by Gilbert and Sullivan that ends with the Judge resolving the entire case by offering to marry the Plaintiff? “We came to a decision” indeed… 👀

Aziraphale’s page from the Book of Life as shared today by Good Omens Prime with a discernible quote: “Joy unbounded, peace on earth, and all that good stuff”.

The bookshop statue behind Crowley and Aziraphale in Good Omens 3 depicts Cupid, just like its lost to the fire S1 predecessor. Mythological son of Mars and Venus, deity of desire and erotic love, Cupid sets gods’ plans in motion by shooting arrows filled with uncontrollable lust.

A Good Omens 3 photo still featuring Crowley and Aziraphale looking at each other with the bookshop’s door in the background; between them, a dark Cupid statue points towards the sky.
