Marsanges @marsanges.bsky.social · 13/09/2026Thank you, this looks like a national party-election poll. which is also indicative. But there are also polls asking directly for peoples position to UA support specifically. I thought these had remained on higher support level in Germany. Here found a very recent poll - Sept 26 100
Marsanges @marsanges.bsky.social · 06/09/2026My mistake. I have to attribute this characterisation to Detlef Pollack, Sept 1, FAZ. www.faz.net/aktuell/feui... 000
Marsanges @marsanges.bsky.social · 06/09/2026These are official numbers from the state election commission at 20:41 with 73% counted. wahlergebnisse.sachsen-anhalt.de/wahlen/lt26/... 000
Marsanges @marsanges.bsky.social · 21/08/2026o good you remind me, record chaser. I have one from my home sea, out my front door, which is the North Sea. We just hit an alltime record sea temperature here. we have a maritime heat wave. All our marginal seas have it. oh by the way the kokkels (mussel beds in the wadden seas) are dying wide 182
Marsanges @marsanges.bsky.social · 13/08/2026its actually being noticed in continental media. foto from german press, it is also obviously noted in french polish etc press. Many observers have commented on it too. 120
Marsanges @marsanges.bsky.social · 12/08/2026Current SST anomalies. most along the 'ice edge' is in the yellows. Although i dont know if this is usual, and i also dont know if the ice edge is real current or if its just a climatology mask. You should compare with a map on where precisely the lack of ice is. Bellingshausen IIRC 150
Marsanges @marsanges.bsky.social · 20/06/2026oh last night in the thunderstorms we had someone (it fled from the fury of the elements) 100
Marsanges @marsanges.bsky.social · 25/05/2026here is my solution! Eight ones in yellow. a *possible* ninth may lurk behind one, as indicated by arrow. Everyone else, i hide it as "graphic" so you can choose not to see it, for your own guess! (Assuming u have a filter on.) 020
Marsanges @marsanges.bsky.social · 01/05/2026yes. i was searching thee news and indeed i confused it However should it then not now be auto-suspended? 110
Marsanges @marsanges.bsky.social · 16/03/2026Today in the German FAZ Article on how ukrainian sea drones sank a NATO naval force in a recent exercise. 0114
Marsanges @marsanges.bsky.social · 12/03/2026Hallo Karl M It's beginning Commentary today in the CDU house post, FAZ - "Germany can't stay aside if navies go to secure the Strait of Hormuz" 110
Marsanges @marsanges.bsky.social · 22/01/2026This is seriously being misreported on bluesky. Rutte developed the idea with the Danish and the Greeenlandish ministers on Monday. Rutte is a slick and untrustworthy operator but not that kind of fool. 000
Marsanges @marsanges.bsky.social · 05/01/2026ja, Zustimmung :) Ich bin der allerfriedlichste Opa seit dem Asterix auf Korsika cartoon :) 010
Marsanges @marsanges.bsky.social · 31/12/2025of the few things my country does well is it has made its military hospital available for UA soldiers, there is a constant station there for reconvalescents. Zelensky even visited them not so long ago. We wish you and your friend all the best! two weeks ago only www.defensie.nl/actueel/nieu... 110
Marsanges @marsanges.bsky.social · 06/12/2025Hallo Margo. Unfortunately no drones have been 'shot down' there. They used a jammer but captured no drone and identified no originator :( 100
Marsanges @marsanges.bsky.social · 03/12/2025And here is the direct challenge to the US from the German chancellor Merz, published today 121
Marsanges @marsanges.bsky.social · 21/11/2025This is a desaster for Europe's foreign policy. Do we even have one? So, Russia only needs to dictate its demands to a US Trumpian stenografer, and hey-presto, we find this a "discutable proposal"? This is not just UA's surrender but also our own, European abdication of self-interest. 051
Marsanges @marsanges.bsky.social · 12/11/2025Svalbard in the summer, with reindeer. Note that this is prepaleozoic basement in front and palaeozoic sediments in the fridge 031
Marsanges @marsanges.bsky.social · 26/10/2025Here's something from my own world. A little SEM image, as one can see, in BSE mode. It shows magnesiowuestite crystals - the round shapes - which experienced wild swings in T & oxygen potential. So they multiply exsolved, and iron is reduced (the white patches). We use this as natural sensors. 120
Marsanges @marsanges.bsky.social · 16/09/2025? they are in the cited post? maybe it is just a newfangled name for somethin well known as accessory From Yang et al 2023: 000
Marsanges @marsanges.bsky.social · 14/09/2025it seems you have chosen the start point of the Kinzhal in Latvia, or on a russian sub in the bay of Riga? :) Good morning! wish u a nice sunday. We know this problem, the traditional answer is deterrence by counterstrike capability, this does not help you though. 000
Marsanges @marsanges.bsky.social · 16/08/2025here. I have two of your compatriots who i give shelter here, and they got this today they said they like this bc they didnt know it from UA that one puts fruit on a cake like this. Here its usual :) 000
Marsanges @marsanges.bsky.social · 07/08/2025here is an electron microscopy image for you If u put someone with beard into an electron microscope, it makes <splosh> and the entire column is filthy bc the poor guy explodes in the vacuum 010
Marsanges @marsanges.bsky.social · 30/06/2025And here is a little flower stem of another of the high summer forest shadow flowers, this is Heksenkruid (Dutch) - circaea lutetiana. English call it apparently enchanter's nightshade. I have no idea how it gets to be by name linked with witchcraft. It just grows and enjoys life. 030
Marsanges @marsanges.bsky.social · 30/06/2025I was in the forest on sunday, the forest is on the inner rim of the dunes, where the sand filtered water wells up and runs into the polders. It is a line rich with beautiful summer flowers. Unfortunately im not so good with telephone fotoing. This is stachys sylvatica - Bosandoorn 010
Marsanges @marsanges.bsky.social · 18/06/2025This here is a stylized pluim (plume) from ECMWF/KNMI for De Bilt, NL (its just off the corner of your map which still has 40 C in Bruges). Even the 90th percentile of runs doesnt go over 32 C. This cannot be real (what you show) 010
Marsanges @marsanges.bsky.social · 11/06/2025Here is where the christian church tried to make Europe into a theocracy, and failed :) 020
Marsanges @marsanges.bsky.social · 10/06/2025oh damn. It is as always! If an idea finally crosses my mind that means a ton of people are already working on it :) 110
Marsanges @marsanges.bsky.social · 09/06/2025that is also not fully true! nature has everything, even smooth and straight lines. See this image which i made myself. its just a random one. In the world of crystals you have lots of straight lines! It's a wonderful field to study. 010
Marsanges @marsanges.bsky.social · 02/06/2025i dont get out often anymore but today i went to the place, a short distance away from my house where there are orchids growing. It is a valley in a coastal dune belt. Clay accumulates in such valleys and the rainwater cant drain, that creates mini swamps in which these thrive. Now is their season. 160
Marsanges @marsanges.bsky.social · 02/06/2025because its time of the year, and i happened to be out there here is a photo for you! its an orchid, of course they had to build a road through the valley it grows in but it is undeterred. Just came up. sorry for bad telephone photo 120
Marsanges @marsanges.bsky.social · 15/05/2025Ha thanks for naming the main plant :) Which i didnt know at all. i just thought i did know what was growing behind it, in the background, the white-4-petaled mini flowers. like here this part of Lin's photo 020
Marsanges @marsanges.bsky.social · 12/05/2025hah those i know ! except we dont call them star of betlehem but rather bird's milk. Like in ornithogalum. And we have a different variety, o. nutans, with flowers hanging to the sides. 100
Marsanges @marsanges.bsky.social · 07/05/2025I saw a moth today. That is a nice thing, although many ppl dont like moths. They are mistaken though, Moths are unmissable. This one is sometimes a little pest though, it eats brassica's. plutella xylostella 040

Marsanges @marsanges.bsky.social · 02/05/2025As you wish! :) I tried my best in the grafic. (Hope it shows). I reiterate that i dont want to oppose, rather have genuine q, if world followed RCP8.5, what would this mean for Europe? Do we even have such regional breakdowns? 001
