Related: My pet peeve as a Chicagoan is that Google buries the actual business address waaay down in the Maps results, presumably because they think the address doesn't mean much to people who are just gonna plug it into maps directions anyway. But in a gridded city, an address means EVERYTHING.

A dentist in LA once told me I had 5 cavities so bad that they needed immediate fixing, and I had to decide immediately because there was a last-minute cancellation and otherwise it would be a 6-month wait. For context, I had never before been diagnosed with a single cavity in my entire life.
