As a labour member and southerner who rejoiced at Starmer's arrival.. if Burnham from up't north can win the next election, then good on him! He seems to connect well with Manchester, so let's hope the rest of the country is as welcoming. My fingers remain tightly crossed.

I have booked a holiday!! 3 days in Devon, yes please! Just me, my man and the dog, oh and my kindle. Yippee! 38 sleeps to go, and thenoff to a country cottage and peace, just us, and tea shops. And some beach walks too.
