View distance is one of the heaviest settings in Minecraft. Every extra chunk increases server load. Above 10, performance drops fast. Lower view distance = smoother multiplayer.

Minecraft server lag isn’t random. It’s usually: • Loaded chunks • Entity overload • Plugin tick abuse If you find the cause, performance improves immediately.

Most Minecraft server lag comes from settings. View distance too high. Too many entities. Bad plugins. Wrong RAM allocation. Fix configs first. Hardware comes later.

Galaxy cluster MACS0416. Home to "Mothra", an extremely distant star that is magnified by a factor of at least 4,000 times due to gravitational lensing. 🔭 🧪

A field of galaxies on the black background of space. In the middle, stretching from left to right, is a collection of dozens of yellowish spiral and elliptical galaxies that form a foreground galaxy cluster. Among them are distorted linear features created when the light of a background galaxy is bent and magnified through gravitational lensing. At centre left, a particularly prominent example stretches vertically about three times the length of a nearby galaxy. It is outlined by a white box, and a lightly shaded wedge leads to an enlarged view at the bottom right. The linear feature is reddish and curves gently. It is studded with about a half dozen bright clumps. One such spot near the middle of the feature is labelled “Mothra"

One from the back catalog. I captured the stunning Western Veil Nebula from my backyard—an ethereal remnant of a supernova explosion ~10,000 years ago. Wisps of blue oxygen & red hydrogen dance in the cosmic void. A glimpse into our universe’s fiery past! #Astrophotography #VeilNebula

The image showcases the Western Veil Nebula, a vivid and intricate section of the Cygnus Loop supernova remnant. Wispy tendrils of glowing gas sweep across the frame, with striking blue filaments of ionized oxygen intertwined with vibrant red hydrogen emissions. Set against a deep black background sprinkled with distant stars, the nebula’s delicate, arc-like structures evoke the aftermath of a cosmic explosion. The overall composition conveys a sense of movement and timeless beauty, highlighting the interplay of color and light in this celestial phenomenon.
The image was taken from my observatory with the following equipment
Skywatcher Equinox 80 pro telescope with a televiewer TRF2008 0.8x focal reducer/flattener
Atikone 6.0 CCD camera
3nm H-Alpha & 3nm Oxygen 3 filters all mounted on a Skywatcher EQ8.
Ha 75 mins exposure
Oiii 70 mins exposure
Stacked in Astro Pixel Processor and combined into the HOO palette and processed in Afinity Photo.

A stunning spiral galaxy with a bright core surrounded by nebulae, stellar nurseries, and gas clouds. Star clusters shine through interstellar dust, while emission regions glow with hydrogen. Amid intergalactic space, this cosmic marvel may hide a dark matter halo. P.S. Science fiction 🌌 Space art
